Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is designed to be as fair and hassle free as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will work with you to find a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue, and we are at fault, we will provide a postage-paid return label and a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.

We offer a 15-day return period where any item can be returned to us for any reason. (See
exceptions below).

  • Orders received with defective items will be fully refunded.
  • Orders returned for reasons other than defects will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs and/or restocking fee.
  • Items returned because of customer damage, will not be fully refunded but may be eligible for partial refund or store credit.

Return Shipping
Sometimes the cost of return shipping is our responsibility. For example, if we ship the wrong product, or if the buyer receives the product with parts or accessories missing. In these cases, we cover the cost of original shipping or the return shipping, and a full refund will be provided to the customer. For customer-fault returns, for examples such as, accidental order, ordered wrong size, no longer need or better price available, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund if
we provide a label. In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fees
If your order one of our products and decide to return it, we will accept the return without questions asked. However, for returns for which we, as the seller, are not at fault, we may charge a 10-20% restocking fee.

International Order Returns
Regardless of the buyer’s location, we ship most orders out within 24 hours. Some items will incur duties or import taxes in your destination country. Most international orders are shipped using Registered Mail (signature required). In such cases your local post office will attempt to delivery your package and require you to sign for it. When there is no one available to sign for the package a notice will be left for the package to be picked up. Also, when there are duties due, the notice is left for that amount to be paid at your local Post Office. In cases where the package is returned to us “Unclaimed” we refund the product but NOT the shipping costs.
For items with Free Shipping a 10-20% restocking fee will be charged upon the return of “Unclaimed” packages.

All return requests are manually reviewed and responded to within 2 business days at the latest. You may also just send the return to the address above but please send us the tracking number and let us know the reason for the return.
